What you’ll get up to:
This is not a traditional multi-site role where you can “direct” your way to success.
You’ll be responsible for the performance and stability of a regional pub estate, working closely with operators to improve profitability, strengthen standards, and ensure the business is protected commercially and legally.
You will:
* Build strong, professional relationships with pub operators across your area
* Drive sales and profit through structured coaching and commercial guidance
* Review business performance, identify risk early, and create clear improvement plans
* Support operators with business planning, forecasting, and growth strategy
* Balance partnership support with firm boundary-setting when required
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery across the region
