Role: Sales Support
* Salary: £12.25 per hour + bonus
* Location: Newport
* Shift pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends
* Hours: 40 per week
* Contract type: Permanent
* Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is required.
Our Sales Support team is key to our business. You will be the first and often last face our customers see during their buying experience, ensuring they leave with a smile every time.
What will my day-to-day look like?
* Delivering fantastic customer service to meet and exceed customer needs, mainly over the phone and face-to-face
* Managing administration processes such as pre- and post-collection queries, handling and resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency
* Using our CRM system daily to create customer cases and ensure actions are completed until resolution
* Qualifying customer needs upon arrival, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate team member
* Contacting relevant parties internally to ensure enquiries and complaints are processed correctly
* Working as part of a team to meet customer service (NPS) targets each month
What we’d like you to have
A full UK driving licence is essential. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, whether you have experience in retail, hospitality, or any other customer-facing role. We value strong people, communication, and organisational skills, along with enthusiasm and team support. Experience with resolution handling is desirable.
