7. Displays expert product knowledge and takes initiative to elevate personal knowledge of product categories
8. Participates in sales goal setting with manager and tracks individual performance towards the goal
9. Converts return, offers and other promotions into larger sales
10. Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) or Mobile Register, as needed
