Overview
As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you’ll ensure the level of care goes beyond professional standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to deliver a service that’s empathetic and person-centred.

Qualifications
* Knowledge of National Standards and a background in person-led care planning within a care home.
* Positive energy with the ability to get along with people; strong mentoring and time-management skills.
* Ability to keep meaningful records and communicate with residents and team members considerately and kindly.
