We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right skill set to join a growing business. Our IT department is a shared resource offering support to the employees and management of both Equilaw and Thomas Legal.

Role
As our Internal IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering effective support across our businesses. You will troubleshoot and resolve a range of hardware, software & network related issues, escalating to 3rd line support where necessary. You will report directly to the IT Manager.
In addition to day‑to‑day troubleshooting, you will administer our IT environment, including setting up new starters, providing desktop support, and making necessary modifications to existing user accounts and configurations.
Technical Skills
* Office 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
* Active Directory user and group management (Hybrid AD, Entra ID, Group Policy)
* Windows operating system troubleshooting
* Knowledge of Azure and cloud computing (Azure Virtual Desktop beneficial)
* Endpoint Management (Intune / Apple Business Manager)
* Basic networking concepts (DNS / DHCP / IP / VPN)
* Understanding of security principles and Microsoft Defender
Support Responsibilities
* Providing end‑user support face‑to‑face, by telephone, or via Microsoft Teams
* Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems and applications
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networks
* Managing multiple open issues simultaneously and prioritising effectively
Personal Skills
* Excellent listening and questioning skills with the ability to confidently identify problems and explain solutions clearly to non‑technical people
* Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the IT team and the wider business
