We support development with induction training and, where necessary, a 3‑to‑6‑month pharmacy assistant course depending on prior experience.
Our vision is to develop the next generation of pharmacy technicians with course/training and course reimbursement. The National Pharmaceutical Association’s new BTEC Level 3 Diploma – Principles and Practices for Pharmacy Technicians is an integrated course tailored to the needs of the learner and the pharmacy.
Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support at Pharmacy Assistant level is vital to the team in delivering advanced and enhanced services.
* Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively in line with company policies and procedures.
* Assist at the front counter and provide a warm welcome and support to patients.
* Be an integral part of a small, hard‑working, compact team.
* Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure the most effective and patient‑friendly customer service.
