An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced VehicleProgress Chaser to join our team at our Ford/Kia/Mazda dealership inTunbridge Wells. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you willbe responsible forefficiently coordinating the pre-sale preparation of all new and used vehicles priorto customer collection. Balancing your time between the Sales Team, to ensure their sold cars are prepared within an agreed timescale and in line with the manufacturer brand standard requirements. The Opportunity: In thisVehicle Progress Chaserroleyou will: Manage the progress from the time a vehicle arrivesintostock through its mechanical and cosmetic preparation ensuringthatthe vehicle is displayed in line with the manufacturer retail standards. Propose and arrange the signing offinance documents. Keep customers regularly updated with the build/delivery of their new car. Work with the sales team to ensure their sold cars prepared within an agreed timescale and to ensure they are fully ready for the customer handover. Liaisewith the Serviceteamto schedule any necessary work into the workshop. Assisttheon sitedriver with vehicle movement requests. Be responsible forthe display of the showroom vehicles, their presentation and connectivity.
