As the sous chef you will
* Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
* serve fresh modern cuisine with ever changing seasonal ingredients
* work with a team of highly experienced Chefs who share your passion for quality food
* coordinate daily tasks with the Head Chef & communicate thoroughly with the rest of the brigade
* prepare frequently used ingredients to high & consistent standards of presentation
* ensure efficient service & bring driving energy to the team
* be fully in charge of your own station & suggest new ways of presenting dishes
* ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and kept up
* support your entire team & multitask / think on your feet during service
* help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
