Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns * Design campaign assets including brochures, digital banners, emails, and social graphics * Promote services through SEO, PPC, social media, email and events * Support and organise events, awards entries and networking initiatives * Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven insights * Assist with the launch and maintenance of company websites * Ensure websites remain user-friendly, on-brand and SEO-optimised * Write compelling content for blogs, web pages, newsletters, and social media * Collaborate with internal teams, clients and external partners to gather content * Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity * Track industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities * Write and distribute press releases to boost brand presence * Work closely with design, sales, tech, and account management teams Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar * 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing * Confident in designing marketing assets and visuals * Strong understanding of SEO, CMS platforms, and website content * Excellent copywriting and communication skills * Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email platforms * Creative, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player Desirable Technical Skills: * Basic Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign etc.) * CMS experience (e.g. WordPress) * Familiarity with analytics platforms and tracking tools (GA, ZOHO, Meta Insights) What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £30,000 (pro-rata) * Full-time or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours/week) * Hybrid working options available * 25 days holiday (including 3 days at Christmas) – pro-rata * Pension scheme Ready to bring your creative flair to a vibrant, forward-thinking agency?
