Rhino is a group of automotive businesses specialising in Events, Marketing, and Technology based in the United Kingdom, serving multiple international markets such as Europe, Middle East and USA. Having served the industry for almost 30 years we have a formula for building awareness, generating leads and converting opportunities into sales for our retailer and manufacturer clients.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Executive` to join our growing, dynamic sales team.
As the BDE you will help the business attract new customers as well as maintaining our existing customer base. You will research industry trends and use the insights to identify business opportunities in new and existing markets. You will monitor customer feedback closely to ensure the business delivers the best products and services possible; and attend business events to learn more about the industry and network with other professionals and potential clients.

Some of your duties will include:
Nurturing our existing client base as well as focusing on new business
Arranging meetings with prospective clients
Building strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Researching and attend networking opportunities to connect with prospective clients.
Understanding our competitors landscape and know what places Rhino Groups products above everyone else.
Building an accurate sales pipeline
Managing your own forecast using our CRM management tool

What we're looking for:
An ambitious, organised and motivated self-starter who has excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven working experience as a BDE, sales executive or relevant role ideally within the automotive industry.
Someone with time management and planning skills
An individual who is ready to manage and learn the complete sales cycle, from prospect to customer; whilst continuing to manage and grow their own pipeline
Someone who is tech-savvy and has market knowledge
Ready to contribute your own ideas and take on new areas of ownership as the role develops - We're young and ambitious and everyone has their part to play

Salary & Benefits
Permanent contract.
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum dependant on experience along with an uncapped commission plan.
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm, predominantly office based (Hyde, Greater Manchester) with flexible working.
25 days holidays per year, plus additional bank holidays, and time off over Christmas & New Year as the offices close.
4% employer pension contributions. 8% in total.
Employee health benefits with WPA following a successful 6-month probation period.
