HR Administrator/Assistant

We’re working on an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to support a busy HR Manager, assisting them with the administration workload with duties listed below:
Key support needed:
Attending meetings and accurately taking minutes
Drafting HR-related correspondence (e.g. offer letters and contracts)
Coordinating and scheduling meetings across teams
Managing HR inboxes and handling internal queries
Maintaining accurate employee records
Communicating with departments and management across the business
Supporting GDPR and data protection compliance across all HR tasks
What we’re looking for:
Proven admin experience with transferrable skills to HR
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
Confident communication skills across all levels of the business
A good understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
CIPD qualifications are not required — this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career from an general administrative background.
