The role

We have an exciting opportunity within our Children's Services as an Administration Assistant.


About Us

We are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Children’s Care Admin Team. Middlesbrough Children’s Services is dedicated to delivering an effective and comprehensive frontline service with a focus on customer excellence.

We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and IT skills, and experience working in a frontline, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include call handling, diary management, managing a centralised email account, data entry, and using in-house systems such as Liquid Logic.

The role requires ensuring all business support tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and with high quality. Knowledge of Children’s Social Care is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Due to the sensitive nature of the work, a high level of confidentiality is required. Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities for the successful candidate.
