The Successful Applicant:

* Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
* Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Ability to monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance.
