We are seeking a full-time proactive and enthusiastic office administrator to join our friendly team. The Cross School Initiatives Hub provides a range of professional services support to key academic programmes within the University's Academic Division. Reporting to the Cross School Initiatives Hub Manager, the Hub Administrator will provide administrative/secretarial service to a specific Hub team to facilitate the efficient operation of all work undertaken. They will be the first point of contact for general enquiries and correspondence, referring others as appropriate. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in office administration function and events role. The right candidate would need to have solid working knowledge of standard software packages e.g. Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. The successful candidate will be highly proactive and enthusiastic.
