Shift Details
* Long Days (LD) and Night shifts available
* Block bookings available for candidates seeking consistency and longer-term placements
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in cardiac surgical procedures as a scrub practitioner
* Prepare and maintain sterile environments within the operating theatre
* Handle specialist cardiac instruments and equipment
* Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and theatre staff
* Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
* Proven experience as a scrub nurse within cardiac theatres
* Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
