Key responsibilities:
* Process all security pass applications for LHR and LTN new starters, renewals, agency workers, and visitors via the ID Gateway, including conducting security interviews, right-to-work checks, and DBS checks
* Monitor and track Security ID application progress, resolving any issues or delays as necessary
* Manage DBS checks through the Staffvetting platform and provide support to employees throughout the process
* Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding security ID pass queries and provide guidance on requirements and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with CAA and GDPR requirements
* Coordinate with agencies to review vetting pack compliance to sign off in line with CAA requirements and DHL policy
* Prepare and distribute long service awards
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required within the People Services Team
You'll bring to this role:
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in processing security pass applications
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Highly organised with a structured approach to managing workload
* Proficient IT literacy and experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Must hold a valid UK diving license and be willing to travel to EMA once a month and as required for team meetings and to LTN as required
