To provide professional, comprehensive and flexible administrative support to the Product Operations team. Main Responsibilities Liaising with 3rd party installation suppliers to ensure that all product installations are handled effectively, making sure that the process is error free and in line with service level agreements; Ensure all sites are set up accurately on the required systems (for example but not limited to Cygnet DBUI) Ensure a smooth and trouble-free hand over of sites from installation to the live environment, rectifying issues that may arise within agreed parameters Ensure that all documents and letters are produced with the correct content and format To identify and recommend new or improved working practices to ensure the success of the role To maintain an audit trail of communication activities on the PayPoint systems and associated databases, spreadsheets and Salesforce ensuring compliance with PayPoint standards and data protection To work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to the changing demands of the Product Management team Portray a positive image of the company by always maintaining a professional manner when communicating with agents and suppliers To undertake any such other duties as required from time to time consistent with the nature of the role and in support of the Product Management team Attributes Good organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment and undertake a number of tasks simultaneously High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a flexible, pro-active and creative approach Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team Preferred Candidate Requirements Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform well under pressure Flexible and adaptable to change
