Join to apply for the Occupational Therapist role at Witherslack Group. This position is based at Millcourt School. Salary £36,507 - £44,103 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits.
Our clinicians are fulfilled by affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, and we celebrate the little things. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team providing therapeutic living and learning environments across our specialist schools and children’s homes. Our young people present with complex needs including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions and special educational needs.
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people. Our Occupational Therapists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes to ensure therapeutic support permeates every aspect of education, care and support. You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.

Requirements
