About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised Training & Certification Coordinator to support the planning, tracking and administration of workforce training, certification and competency requirements. The role is key to ensuring personnel remain compliant, competent and fully certified to meet operational and client demands.

A proactive and detail-driven coordinator who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and build strong working relationships across the business and with external training providers. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced, compliance-focused environment.
We will also consider applicants based closer to our Grangemouth office.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively track and monitor personnel qualifications, medicals, competency checks and internal training using the company training database.
* Arrange training and refresher courses, including bookings, paperwork and liaison with training providers.
* Manage training requests, agreements and purchase orders.
* Coordinate travel and accommodation for training activities.
* Review and verify certification, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accrediting bodies.
* Maintain training database and SharePoint with personnel training records.
* Support location training plans with supervisors and managers.
* Complete personnel eye tests both in the office and on client sites.
* Provide general administrative support to the RAIS team as needed.
Required Experience
* Previous experience in a training coordination, certification, or administrative role.
* Managing training records, expiry dates and compliance documentation.
* Working to deadlines and prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Using computer-based systems and databases.
Required Skills
* Strong organisational and administrative ability.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
