Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager with a background in heavy industry or engineering/manufacturing environments. We're seeking a proactive and hands-on professional to oversee and enhance the facilities and infrastructure of their site, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety, with a pro-active approach.

Responsibilities:
* Ownership of site physical infrastructure - managing buildings, machinery, plant, utilities, and support services.
* Work closely with production, maintenance, health & safety, and external contractors to ensure the smooth running of operation
* Day-to-day operations and long-term strategic improvements
* Legal aspects of compliance
* Monitoring and minimising risk to business continuity and operations
Experience required:
1. Facilities Management with a background in heavy industry or engineering/manufacturing environments
2. Procedure driven approach, monitoring and analysing workflows and processes to continuously improve outcomes
