Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to join our small friendly team. In this role, youll be the backbone of our team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business activities while supporting our members.
What youll do
1. Be the first point of contact for our members, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, developing strong and reliable relationships.
2. Manage the end-to-end support of our member training programme, managing bookings, arranging venues and providing resources for the trainers in good time.
3. Oversee and improve day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain processes, policies, and documentation to support our services to members.
5. Ensure our information to members through our knowledge base is up to date and easy to access.
6. Ensure we have up to date data in relation to our membership that is compliant with data protection requirements.
7. Identify initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and keep the business running at its best.
8. Organise company events, meetings, and activities that bring people together.
