Duties include:
The Technical Compliance Lead will drive protecting brand and business reputation through engagement in our Integrated Management System. This role requires an understanding of customer needs and requirements to develop effective sustainability and quality control processes. The Technical Compliance Lead will have a key contribution to making progress towards Net zero 2050.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in Technical, Compliance or Auditing roles within food manufacturing.
* High attention to detail.
* In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
* Internal Audit experience, ideally Lead Auditing.
* Statistical analysis.
* Proficient in IT literacy with experience of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
* Degree educated.
* Ideally HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 trained
This is a permanent position, Monday Friday, 9am-5pm.
