Were looking for a Business Development Manager to represent my client within the commercial fit-out sector. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on networking, enjoys being out on the road, and is driven to grow business in a competitive market.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, youll be the face of the company
building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping us secure new projects across the UK. Youll attend industry events, meet key stakeholders, and play the long game in developing trust and credibility with decision-makers.
What Were Looking For
Strong contacts with building consultants and cost/project managers
Solid understanding of CAT-A, CAT-B, and D&B contracts
A proven background in business development within fit-out, interiors, or a related sector
Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
Confidence to represent the brand and influence senior decision-makers
A strong industry network and awareness of workspace trends
Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture client relationships to secure new business
Track opportunities and manage leads effectively
Work independently and manage your own pipeline
Handle business priorities and client shifts with resilience
Represent the company at events and networking functions
