About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a genuine care for the needs of customers and members by providing friendly and thoughtful service.
* Work together with colleagues to make everyone's day better by supporting each other to solve problems for customers and members.
* Maintain the store in a safe and legal manner by ensuring shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Support the introduction of new products and services by making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Get involved in community activities and events to support local initiatives.
