Join our client's innovative company they provide clients with a seamless single-source supply for their needs. * Assist the sales team in processing orders, generating quotes, and managing customer inquiries. * Maintain and update customer databases and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Collaborate with various departments, including production and logistics, to facilitate seamless order fulfilment. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Support marketing initiatives by providing product information and assisting in promotional activities. * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement. What We're Looking For: * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service and sales. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. * Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, eager to assist both customers and colleagues. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
