The Role
The Managing Director will have full commercial and operational responsibility for the UK and European business, with accountability for delivering growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. This includes oversight of trading and processing activities, as well as leading the regional strategy in alignment with global business goals.
Key responsibilities include driving financial performance, managing risk, and developing long-term trading partnerships while improving supply chain and operational efficiency. The role will also lead the shift toward contract-based trading and service-led models, ensuring the business maintains competitive advantage in a dynamic market landscape.
