University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. This aligns with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill or salary thresholds for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply; however, UHNM cannot offer sponsorship at the end of your visa. You must also have at least six months remaining on your visa at the start of employment for operational reasons.

The Cardiology Department offers a comprehensive range of investigations and treatments for patients with various cardiac disorders. The post holder will assist in providing the department's Cardiac Diagnostic Investigations Service.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm) with occasional weekend work. Responsibilities include recording high-quality electrocardiograms (ECGs), applying and removing arrhythmia monitoring devices, assisting in clinics led by physiologists, maintaining and calibrating equipment, record keeping, and general office duties. Training colleagues and attaining nationally recognized ECG recording and interpretation qualifications are required.
