Salary: Pay to scale (Depending on level of experience)
Contract: Full-time (ASAP start until the end of the academic year)

We are working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Wednesbury, Sandwell, who are currently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant. This role involves working both on a 1:1 basis and with small groups of children with SEND, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
The Role:
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs
* Support small groups of SEND pupils within the classroom
* Work with children with ASD, ADHD, and other learning needs
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo
* Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency
* Has a calm and reassuring nature
* Builds strong relationships and trust quickly
* Is adaptable and willing to learn
