Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both strategy and execution, capable of managing leads, engaging with clients, and creating high-converting proposals while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via email, phone, and web channels
* Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and understand client needs
* Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote services and solutions
* Maintain and update CRM records to track interactions, opportunities, and outcomes
Proposal Development
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling proposals, quotes, and statements of work (SOW)
* Customize offerings based on client needs and objectives
* Ensure proposals align with firm capabilities, pricing models, and branding guidelines
Marketing & Communications
* Support marketing campaigns and outreach strategies across digital and traditional platforms
* Help prepare brochures, presentations, case studies, and newsletters
* Coordinate webinars, email campaigns, and social media content to increase brand awareness
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform positioning
Account Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and strategic accounts
* Ensure client satisfaction and nurture long-term partnerships
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow-ups, workshops, and executive briefings
* Track performance metrics and client feedback to improve service delivery
Event Coordination
* Plan and support conferences, training programs, virtual and in-person events
* Coordinate with internal teams, instructors, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
* Follow up with participants for feedback and future opportunities
Client Engagement & Communication
* Build strong relationships through active communication and excellent service
* Represent the firm in a professional and credible manner during calls, meetings, and presentations
* Maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s offerings to position solutions effectively
