⏰ Mon – Fri - 9:00 - 5:30 (40 hours)


📓 Your Role's Purpose

Rygor Group is looking for an organised and detail‑focused Credit Controller to join our Finance team. This role is central to ensuring effective cash flow, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the wider business through robust credit control practices.

You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring aged debt, and proactively handling collections. The role also involves accurate cash allocation, account reconciliation, and resolving account queries in a timely and professional manner. You’ll work confidently with customers to secure payment, while prioritising higher‑risk and overdue debts effectively.

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of credit control and accounts receivable, a high level of accuracy when reviewing financial information, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You’ll be confident, professional, and organised, with the ability to balance priorities in a busy environment.

Key Tasks

* Manage customer accounts and credit limits in line with company policy
* Monitor, review and actively pursue aged debt
* Proactively contact customers to secure payment and resolve queries
* Allocate incoming cash accurately and perform regular account reconciliations
* Prioritise high‑risk and overdue debts to minimise exposure
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing or account discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
