You will benefit from a structured training programme, personalised coaching, and dedicated support from experienced mentors and our Early Careers Team, who will guide you every step of the way. You will also receive regular feedback and hands-on learning to help develop your confidence, professionalism, and resilience.As part of the programme, you will work closely with our Legal PAs, supporting Lawyers and Partners across the firm. You will also rotate through our award-winning practice areas, including Employment, Pensions, Immigration, Personal Injury and Medical Negligence, Corporate Tax and Private Client, Regulatory, Financial Markets and Products, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, and Technology and Data.At Fieldfisher, we foster a culture where everyone can make a meaningful contribution. Through departmental rotations, this programme offers valuable exposure across the firm and the opportunity to learn from inspiring professionals who will support and challenge you to achieve your potential.The type of work you undertake will vary by department.
