Technical Business Analyst – Global Electronic Trading | London (Hybrid). Miller Maxwell is partnering with a prestigious international electronic trading firm to hire a Technical Business Analyst for their expanding financial technology team in London.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
* Collaborate with product, software engineering, and sales teams to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications
* A 2:1 or above in a STEM‑related degree (essential).
* 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the financial services, this will have been within an electronic trading environment - front‑office, brokerage, exchange, ISV, software vendor or market data business.
* Experience within Equities or Fixed Income markets.
* Familiarity with modern tech stacks, including Java, Python or C++.
* Experience working within an electronic trading environment is essential.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
