We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven professional to join our team as a Safeguarding Adults Review Coordinator. This is your chance to make a real difference - coordinating reviews that lead to learning, improvement, and better outcomes for vulnerable adults across Tees Valley and beyond.
What You’ll Do
1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs)
2. Lead commissioning of reviewers and act as the main point of contact
3. Liaise with partners, practitioners and families throughout the review process
4. Develop learning resources and host impactful events
5. Monitor national developments and embed learning into practice
What You’ll Bring
6. A relevant degree or professional qualification
7. Strong organisational and project management skills
8. Ability to engage and challenge partners constructively
9. Excellent communication and report-writing skills
10. Knowledge of safeguarding adults’ legislation and GDPR
11. Confidence to lead commissioning and oversee action plans
Please note this is a fixed term post initially until October 2026.
