Description
* Handling commercial real estate transactions across development, investment acquisitions, disposals, leasing (landlord & tenant), and finance
* Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
* Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver seamless, high-quality advice
* Developing technical legal skills through exposure to complex and varied mandates
Profile
* A solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE in real estate, commercial property work, residential conveyancing or rural land
* Experienced or comfortable working across residential and commercial development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and finance
* Client-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator with good organisational skills
Job Offer
