We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistants to join our team.
* Provide attentive care and support to clients addressing their individual needs in their own homes
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, including toileting and mobility support
* Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
* Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
* Respond promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situations
* Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
* Offer emotional support and reassurance to our clients
* Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized living space
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a Care Assistant although not essential as full training is given
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Empathetic and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help others
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in various situations
* Basic first aid knowledge
* Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules
* Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and following care plans
* Valid UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes
* Right to work in the UK
Previous care experience is helpful but not required - we'll get to know you and provide full training so you feel confident in your role.
