The Role
In this role your will engage both new and existing clients to build Mobile based solutions. This role may involve visits to client offices, UK wide, and client entertainment.
You may be required to work with other company solutions architects to construct commercially and technically holistic solutions for clients. Alongside building the solution, you will present and own the client negotiation through to closing the deal.
This role is part office workshop based and part client facing so requires a strong mix of interpersonal, presentation and, attention to detail and communication skills.
You will work closely with the largest UK vendors to ensure a robust client proposition and commercial advantage for the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the product specialist lead for Mobile solutions, including but not limited to; Mobile Airtime, IOT, 5G connectivity, MDM and other affiliation Mobile Saas solutions and products.
* Liaise with Vendors to secure best pricing and commercial solutions to meet client requirements.
* Work with the wider sales and account management teams to design innovative, differentiated solutions that address client challenges and objectives, incorporating your specialist product knowledge.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, establishing technical credibility and demonstrating our expertise as a key USP.
* Craft solutions that focus commercial viability and success for both eh client and the business inline with a longstanding relationship.
* Identify wider opportunities for the business to upsell into clients where possible through introducing the business portfolio to clients in a holistic manner.
* Provide training to wider sales team and Account Managers inline with supporting growth and product penetration for your specialism.
* Stay ahead of industry trends by engaging with technical vendors and continuously enhancing your knowledge of innovative technologies relative to your specialism.
* Act as a resource for internal training, sharing knowledge, and mentoring colleagues on new technologies and solutions.
* Present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients directly and accompanying Account managers.
* Respond to and own client tenders through responding and presentation.
* Visit clients and vendors where required to present and represent the business
Skills & Qualifications
Experience quoting and presenting mobile solutions to clients, face to face and over remote sessions.
Good sales methodology understanding and pipeline maintenance skills
Excellent Communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects working to different timelines.
Good knowledge of mobile technology and different vendors and solutions.
Commercial thinking skills to support negotiation with vendors and clients
