Overview
My client is an Independent Financial Advisory firm, specialising in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, providing financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs. We are seeking a Junior / Apprentice Investment / IFA Administrator to join the existing Administrative team. You will support Directors and Advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including direct contact with clients, third parties and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Process and monitor all new business applications for Directors and Financial Advisers; liaise with clients and product providers.
* Maintain a strict diary system for all cases submitted and provide regular updates on case development.
* Ensure that all files are compliant with AML (Anti-money Laundering) requirements.
* Provide support to Directors and Advisers with regards to client valuations, key client reviews, and collation/completion of all required documentation.
* Prepare for meetings, respond to servicing inquiries including policy and contract alterations, and coordinate promotions and client mailers.
* Coordinate document scanning and handle calls from product providers and clients.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ideally a couple of years of Office Administration experience in any sector.
* Interest in developing a career within Financial Services and Financial Advice; exposure to Investments, Pensions, ISA, OEICs is advantageous.
* Good GCSE and/or A level grades with good English and Maths.
