As a Customer Experience Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing a first-class customer service in the customer journey at Megger. You will be responsible for providing administration support and performing customer relations duties for the Service Centre.
Responsibilities
* Create SAP ERP Purchase Orders to Megger factories and/or suppliers.
* Use the Company’s CRM system to log and manage customer interactions.
* Respond to quote requests and generate quotes for goods, service, or repair.
* Create accounts, contract records and materials.
* Process orders.
* Expedite high quality/high value orders including shipping/customs.
* Manage intercompany commissions and/or agency commissions as required.
* Deliver outstanding performance levels in serving customers through all channels.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years Customer Service background essential with the appreciation of the importance of On Time in Full (OTIF)
* Able to meet deadlines essential.
* Microsoft office skills essential.
* Experience with producing business reports advantageous.
* Mental agility and ability to deal with ambiguity.
