We are seeking to appoint a HLTA to support students both in class and to deliver interventions to small groups within the school/SEND/Maths faculty. Job Details Salary: Grade 6 – £26,409 - £27,711 (pro-rata) Progression to Grade 8 on completion of HLTA qualification. Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday: Term Time only Location: Oriel High School Interviews: TBC What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role you will need to: Applications are invited from people who have the following skills & experience: Enthusiasm and a desire to learn; The ability to encourage students to become independent; Planning and delivering Numeracy/Maths to small groups across KS3 and KS4 Knowledge of a range of SEND profiles and how to support them Leading small groups, supporting student’s personalised learning programmes Line managing a small team in the day-to-day planning and deployment.
