HR Advisor - Milton KeynesAbout The RoleSALARY: Up to £52,000 pa (pro rata) dependent on experienceLOCATION: Milton KeynesHYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the delivery of our company strategy by enabling strong people management and delivering high-quality, consistent employee relations support.Working alongside key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners and the ER & Compliance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end employee relations cases, driving manager capability and ensuring compliant, positive outcomes in line with UK employment law and best practice.If you enjoy variety, challenge and the opportunity to influence how people experience work — this could be the role for you.What you’ll be doing:Are you confident coaching managers through complex people situations?You’ll act as a trusted partner to the business, influencing, challenging and coaching people managers to competently manage ER activity and contractual changes. This includes (but is not limited to) probation management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance cases, flexible working requests and health related matters. You’ll manage stakeholders throughout each case, escalating complex or high risk matters when appropriate, while ensuring consistency, compliance and alignment with our values. related matters. Working collaboratively with the HR Operations team, you’ll regularly review case activity, use data to identify trends and make insightful, commercial recommendations.Are you passionate about employee wellbeing and absence management?You’ll lead on sickness absence casework, providing expert advice and support in line with employment legislation.
