SEN Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Supply

A large and inclusive secondary school in Haringey is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to provide learning and behavioural support for students with additional needs.
The Role:
 * Deliver 1:1 or small-group support to students with SEND
 * Implement strategies from individual education plans
 * Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists
 * Support emotional wellbeing and promote independence
Requirements:
 * Previous experience supporting young people with additional needs
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 * Thrive-trained or willingness to complete free Thrive training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
