Overview of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Coordinator
Our client is seeking an SCM Coordinator to oversee customer interactions, manage supply chain planning, and support operational delivery. This fast-paced, customer-facing role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities of an SCM Coordinator
* Lead daily communication with customers and build strong relationships.
* Manage weekly supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business plans and KPIs.
* Analyze sales and demand data, update internal systems, and propose forecasts.
* Coordinate delivery orders and maintain accurate order management.
* Liaise with finance on credit control and invoice queries.
* Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
