An urgent permanent Operations Manager required for a busy Healthcare Building Services Environment in the South London area of London. Must be highly M&E Building Services technically competent. Reporting into the Account Director you will be the go to for many issues across the sprawling site, from the operations team to the client liaison in a fast paced environment. Clear communication skills are a must as the technical expert. This particular site has lots of reoccurring issues with age and infrastructure which needs constant addressing and planning as well as being able to describe these issues in laments team to the wider team and multiple stakeholders.
