Be part of a nationally respected firm with a strong litigation offeringWork alongside recognised specialists on complex, varied casesThrive in a culture that encourages autonomy, collaboration, and commercial insightDevelop professionally with clear routes to Senior Associate and Partner rolesThe Role As a Litigation Associate, youll be involved in a diverse range of dispute resolution matters, with responsibilities including:Managing your own caseload of commercial and civil litigation filesSupporting senior colleagues on high-value and complex disputesDrafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreementsHandling client meetings, case strategy discussions, and negotiationsEngaging with external counsel and third partiesContributing to business development initiatives and firmwide collaborationEnsuring compliance, risk management and timely billing on all mattersAbout You Were looking for someone who:Has 16 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution (commercial litigation desirable)Demonstrates strong legal analysis, drafting, and advocacy skillsCommunicates with clarity and confidence both written and verbalWorks independently with good commercial judgementHas a team-oriented approach and willingness to support junior colleaguesIs enthusiastic about building long-term relationships with clientsUnderstands the importance of deadlines, detail, and strategic thinking in contentious workWhats in It for You?
