An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor, CILEX, CLC within the Property Department of a well-established law firm with an office base in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Immediate start, where possible.
The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing, along with supporting a small team to ensure that work is carried out in an expeditious manner, meeting the standards required by Lexcel and CQS. You will also develop business opportunities within the Property Department, working closely with the Head of Department and other team members.
Job Purpose
1. Oversee and carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases
2. Support the Head of Department as and when required
3. Develop business opportunities within the Property Department and build a strong team
