Company Secretarial Manager
I’m partnering with a well-respected professional services firm that’s looking to welcome a Company Secretarial Manager into its dynamic and supportive Statutory team. This full-time position is based in its London office, with hybrid working (1–2 days on-site after a three-month probation). You'll handle a broad range of company secretarial duties, particularly involving Diligent Entities (Blueprint).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage statutory compliance and company lifecycle events
* Communicate effectively with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders
* Ensure governance best practices are upheld across client portfolios
* Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives
* Keep up to date with regulatory and legal changes
Key Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK company secretarial work
* CGIUKI qualified or working towards qualification
* Strong grasp of the Companies Act, PSC requirements and upcoming changes
* Confident user of Diligent Entities and Microsoft Office
* Organised, detail-focused and comfortable in client-facing roles
Hybrid Working:After a structured induction, you’ll benefit from a flexible working model with 1–2 days per week in the London office.
