Spire Liverpool is currently looking to recruit for a Private Patient Sales Advisor to work on a flexible working basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team.
As Private Patient Sales Advisor you will be responsible for communicating effectively, positively and professionally with potential patients in order to facilitate their conversion from enquiry to a clinical consultation, test or procedure with Spire Healthcare.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Liaising proactively with Consultants, medical secretaries and colleagues to ensure that sales opportunities are converted into patient appointments and admissions.
2. Professional handling of self-pay enquiries (capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients
3. Adopt ethical techniques to convert enquiries to outpatient appointments, procedures or tests
4. Meet team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments.
5. Attend patient information events to represent the company and our services
6. Learn skills required to assist in outpatient appointments team as and when required
Who we're looking for
7. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills
8. Strong IT and telephone skills are required
9. Healthcare experience would be an advantage
10. SAP knowledge would be ideal
11. Organised and with a keen eye for detail as accuracy is a key requirement for the position
