Location: Central Bedfordshire (covering Peterborough, Cambridge, Hertfordshire & Northamptonshire)
Salary: £42,000 + £3,000 Annual Car Allowance

The Opportunity: As the Locality Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running, compliance, and development of your services. You’ll ensure every person we support receives truly person-centred, high-quality care, while building and leading a motivated, high-performing team across multiple sites.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Support Workers.
Ensure all services deliver individualised, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and choice.
Oversee financial and staffing resources, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Champion excellence in care through quality assurance, compliance and best practice in line with CQC standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and local authorities to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and service development, ensuring people we support receive the very best opportunities to thrive. About You: We’re looking for a confident, empathetic and hands-on leader who can combine professional expertise with a genuine passion for care. You will have:
Experience in social care management within a supported living or residential setting.
In-depth knowledge of the CQC framework, relevant legislation, and best practice standards.
Proven success in developing and improving services for people with learning disabilities or complex needs.
Strong financial acumen and administrative skills — able to balance budgets and priorities effectively.
The ability to motivate, coach and empower teams, leading by example and role-modelling excellence.
