Pay rate: £55,000£65,000 per annum (including car allowance)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time

About the Role:
* Own month-end management accounts and commentary for senior leaders
* Lead budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycles
* Partner with HR on salary reviews and bonus frameworks
* Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk management
* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management
* Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance
* Support strategic decision-making and performance reviews
* Mentor and develop junior finance team members
* Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures
Who You Are:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 35 years PQE
* Technically strong and commercially minded
* Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams
* Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Strategic, solution-oriented, and confident in driving improvement
* Collaborative, credible, and passionate about business growth
