Customer Services Executive Warehouse Location: Annesley, Nottinghamshire Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:30pm Contract Type: Permanent SECURE PERMANENT POSITION! Omnia Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Services Executive to join a fast-paced and growing logistics operation based in Annesley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting client contracts, managing customer communications, and ensuring high service levels are maintained across all operations. Key Responsibilities as Customer Services Executive: Serve as the main point of contact for customer and client enquiries via phone and email. Provide timely and professional responses in line with agreed service levels. Support the management and development of client accounts. Process orders, monitor shipments, and update customer records and reporting information. Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Complete a variety of administration tasks to support operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues. Support change management activities with minimal disruption to service. Requirements as Customer Services Executive: Previous experience within a customer service, administration, or client-facing role. Logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration experience would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience using CRM or Warehouse Management Systems would be beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
